This was a project that never end up, we were working on making a small scale of the Philadelphia experiment, but one of our
member died of cancer prematuraly and the group dissasociate, i needed the generator/gravity field generator, and the member
who was suppose to build was the one that pass away, so it never came to fruition , plus i ran out of fund to make this go
any further on my own , but fortunally with the experience gain from this project i manage to save plans to redo it one day,
if funding ever happen.
